Description Located on the mainland, Woodwark Bay is a large bay offering excellent protection from southerly winds. Go fishing, exploring or enjoy the beach.
Restrictions Do not walk above the high tide mark as that is private land.
Shelter in East to West.
Fishing Fishing is permitted - check the 100 Magic Miles for details.
Be careful of Keep some distance off Grimston Point when entering/exiting to avoid the isolated bommie.
Sailing Woodwark is typically a good half day sail from the islands, with fair sailing angles.
Solitude This anchorage attracts some cruising vessels but is typically deserted.
