* The winner of this prize will be “the charterer” completing a bareboat charter with Cumberland Charter Yachts in the period 1 May 2010 to 31st August 2010. The entry is made complete by the charterer or a member of the crew submitting a holiday report via the Cumberland Charter Yachts “Charterer Centre” using the supplied “username and password”. The report must contain between 100 to 500 words. The report must be accompanied by at least 3 photos of the bareboat charter holiday of reasonable quality. The report and photos will be checked by Cumberland Charter Yachts and may be accepted to the finals. It is intended that most reports will be accepted into the finals. The reports and photos become the property of Cumberland Charter Yachts and may be used in future promotional activities. The winning report will be randomly selected from the finalists on the 8th September 2010, with the winner notified within 24 hours. The winning “Charterer” will receive back the “charter fee” from their most recent bareboat charter with CCY, in full, within 7 days of payment means being confirmed.
