2 years ago we decided to plan an adventure of a life time. The staff helped from the day of booking until the end of our trip, you could not fault them. Arriving on our boat Finnigan was just amazing, not knowing how big it was. Our guide explained all the in's and out's of the vessel in a humorous way but really being serious. Then were off cruising around the islands. But the first night we were short of sheets but Cumberland offered to meet us in the middle of nowwhere to deliver but we managed without them. Our second night on our boat was a little scary, I was sick as a dog, vomiting and in sooo much pain we had to call Marine Rescue to come and pick me up. I was taken to Hayman Island and then ferried over to Airley Beach to a waiting Ambulance to take me to Prosipine Hospital where I found out I had a Gallstone Attach. Luckly I was able to go the next day and by that time our fellow crew had anchored up at Airley Beach Harbour. We were able to stay overnight there, with the staff feeling sorry for not having sufficient linen on board they greeted us with a bottle of burborn. My partner and I decided to have a tour around the Harbour, and would you believe, my camera strap broke and went straight into the water. After coming out of hospital that day and then this , happening to me, I just wanted to go home! Our friends cheered me up and then we set off again. We just loved every minute of crusing around the islands, so much to see and do we ran out of time to do everything. Our favorite place was Tongue Bay, watching the turtles slowly swim past and the fishing was good also. To walk through the forest to get to Whitehaven Beach was just beautiful also. Radio contact was just fantastic, just loved talking on the CBRadio advising of our day and location towards the end. We loved to be considered and enjoy more next time without worrying of being sick!!!! 10/10
