We certainly "found our thrills" during our charter on Blue Berry Hill, from the heart stopping to the hilarious we managed to pack in enough fun and experiences to make the trip a must repeat adventure. Hilarious nights of self-generated fun in isolated bays, or high energy sessions at Day Dream and Hamilton island were perfect ends to great days traversing the different islands and passages.
The boat was great. It might be a bit older than the rest, but it was huge and had everything you could want especially air-con. Despite our novice sailing experience, we found that we could navigate all anchorages and harbours with ease.
Snorkelingwith two massive manta rays at Turtle Bay (Heart stopping then awesome)
Laughing hysterically as we sent our farmer mate off in the tender with a full esky and glow sticks to try his luck with the backpackers on the dive tour boat (what happens on tour stays on tour).
Realising that we were anchored over the biggest fish frenzy any of us had ever seen, and the subsequent fishing bonanza on a simple hand line with improvised bait.
