What a fantastic week..weather was perfect, crew was excellent and Trinity Reign was a true lady.
This was our first charter in the Witsundays. We started at the Marina under the expect guidance and assistance of Graeme, our breifer and sail guide. After leaving and praciticing anchoring for a bit we were off and sailing. It was great to feel the wind in the hair, the silence of the motor and the music of the IPOD.

Debbie took the wheel straight up. Her previous boat experience had been travelling on the Sydney ferry. By the end of the day she had sailed us from Airlie Beach to South Molle Island...not bad for a first go..we moored for the night and obeyed the observation 'rules' laid down by Graeme. Two beers later..we were certain we were not going anywhere. Time for a cooling dip and then think about tea.

The week passed in a similar fashion. We sailed every day, swam every day, eat and drank every day and slept soundly every night. Some days John just wanted to sail..so we set sail...went out to point A, turned around and came back where we started.

We had the most relaxing week we have ever had. No phone, No laptop, no TV, no news, no contact with kids, work or anyone..It was fantastic.

Come up and talk to the people at Cumberland. They are very professional, very helpful and great to deal with. We also reckon this was one of the best value holidays we had been on, because once you are on the boat.you have all but met all your expenses.

We are already planning an annual 'pilgramage' to the Witsundays for another week on a yacht with Cumberland.
