Cumberland Princess Inaugural voyage with jetskis in tow!!

What an adventure..... 4 adults, 4 kids, 2 jetskis, lots of food and drink, fishing rods and no cares in the world!!

We came... We saw....we ate, we drank, we snorkelled, we jetskied, we fished, we navigated, we sang, we laughed....an awesome time had by all on board .

The Cumberland Princess is an amazing vessel, lots of space to get lost in and not be treading on toes. The galley in particular is well kitted out for culinary experimentation. We certainly ate well. The fly bridge was well used particularly by the bigger people after the kids had flopped into their cabins exhausted by the days excitement.

Having the jetskis allowed us a good mix of exploring and playing. Some of our most successful fishing was from the skis. The boys also used them to do a quick visit to Hamilton for supplies... And a cold one at the pub we expect.

Each stop we did was filled with fun and something different. The kids were amazed at wildlife at every turn....bat fish at duckboards, cockatoos on boat, turtles popping up for a quick hello, dolphins off Daydream, a close encounter with a rock wallaby with Joey on board, and the friendly possum who shared dinner with us while onshore at Hamilton.

Highlights...
The big boys...... Jetskis off course... Hammering the Hammo (Hamilton) and circumnavigating who knows how many islands!
The kids .....snorkeling, golf buggies on Hamilton, the living reef on Daydream and the endless encounters with the local wildlife!
We big girls....the smiles on the faces of our big boys n kids was priceless.

Thanks to all at Cumberland , especially Jeff and Shane for our brief and debrief. We had an awesome time and will definitely be back!!
