Booking conditions

  • A $1,000 deposit is required to confirm your charter if booking 60 days or more prior to your charter. The balance of charter fees are due 60 days before your charter
  • Full charter fees are required to confirm your charter if booking within 60 days of your charter
  • Additional charges are due before your arrival: non-refundable damage waiver of $55 per night (minimum $165 and capped at $500), an administration fee of $32 per     person for the duration of the charter, and a $35 flat fee for outboard fuel and LPG for the BBQ, stove and oven
  • Charter fees include all linen, crockery, cutlery, dinghy with outboard and snorkeling equipment
  • Prices listed are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are correct at the time of entry
  • Cancellation Policy

  • If a booking is cancelled within 7 days of paying the deposit, a full refund will be provided
  • If a booking is cancelled 90+ days prior to departure date a $250 administration fee will apply
  • If a booking is cancelled 60 - 89 days prior to departure date, the full $1,000 deposit will be forfeited
  • If a booking is cancelled 59 days or less to departure date, no monies will be refunded unless an alternative booking for the same charter period and vessel occurs

    If you are restricted to travel to Queensland due to a government enforced directive (excluding self-quarantine), firstly we suggest you contact your travel insurance company or credit card provider for advice on any refund available to you.
