My husband and I chartered the power yacht "Cumberland Fling". We arrived on Hamilton Island on the 1st May 2015. The weather was absolutely glorious! Our boat was waiting for us in the marina. After our briefing, we decided to stay two nights in the marina on our boat so we could get to know Hamilton Island. Everything was very well planned and organised, we had the maps and weather guide for the week we would be on the water. The twice a day check in's were great. For my birthday my husband treated me to a day on Haymen Island. The lovely CCY crew rang and made all the bookings for us. In fact the CCY crew organised quite a few excursions for us, and they were always so helpful and nothing was ever a problem! Our boat was everything they said, our holiday was amazing, I have recommended CCY to all my friends. I recommend using their online provisioning for your boat. The food and drink is there waiting for you when you board. (there was heaps!!). Also we were wandering about the stingers whether we needed to have the stinger suits on board. We decided to risk it and not use them. So glad we did, there was no stingers in sight! It was probably one of the best holidays ever!
