Dear Valued Customers,

Following the Australian Government Home Confinement Directive, We have made the difficult decision to suspend all charters departing up until 2 May 2020.
While this has been a heart breaking decision, we are confident it is the right one for the protection of our team, their families, our suppliers and our customers is our priority.

Customers who are due to travel within the next 6 weeks or who do not wish to travel at the present time will be issued a credit note of 100% of the monies paid to us.

We are standing by to answer your questions and start planning for post covid
however bare in mind our staff are working remotely between the hours of 9am - 5pm. Due to a reduced number of staff and volume of inquiries, we may take a little longer than normal to get back to you. Please be patient with our staff.

For charters within 60 days of today's date:


• We are offering you a 100% credit note/ deferral.
• To defer, you do not need to know the exact new dates you wish to travel.
• The new charter is subject to vessel availability.
• If the new charter fees are more than the original charter fees the balance is payable. If they are less, the balance can be used as credit to extend the charter days. No refund can be obtained for any unused charter fee balances and cannot be used towards the environmental management charge, non-refundable damage waiver, outboard fuel & LPG gas or any charge from a third party supplier.

For charters + 60- 90 days of today's date:


For all charters + 60 - 90 days who have paid a $1000 deposit you may also defer due to covid 19 CCY will guarantee your vessel rate and any special extras you have previously booked for 12 months.
* To defer, you do not need to know the exact dates you want to travel.
* The new charter is subject to vessel availability.
* If you change seasons the new season rate will apply, any special extras (ie Sleep a board) may not be honored.
*If the new charter fees are more than the original charter fees the balance is payable. If they are less, the balance can be used as credit to extend the charter days. No refund can be obtained for any unused charter fee balances and cannot be used towards the environmental management charge, non-refundable damage waiver, outboard fuel & LPG gas or any charge from a third party supplier.

For charters + 90 days of today's date:


For all charters + 90 days who have paid a $1000 deposit you may defer or cancel your booking.
* All deferal will be guarenteed the same vessel rate and any special extras you have
   prevously booked this offer is valid for 12 months.
* If you change seasons the new season rate will apply, any special extras (ie Sleep a board) may not be honoured.
* All cancellations will incour a $250.00 admin fee.

For new bookings in 2020:


Call 1800 075 101 *CCY will hold your preferred charter dates until 31 May 2020 after which deposit or full amount will be payable.

For new bookings in 2021:


*$1000 deposit payable now. No holds

ALL Charters :


Must comply with QLD home direction order:
*Persons can engage in the this activity ‘for pleasure or for mental health benefits”.  
* There are limitations on
      1. distance 150km from home  & (250km from 12 June 2020)
      2. who can be onboard (under same roof (family) or 1+1).
*The briefers (company staff while working) are allowed to carry out their business onboard in addition to the hirers while they complete the briefing as normal (as long as both parties practice social distancing)
*Guests must download the COVID Safe App to their phones, this is to aid in tracing should someone become ill, but also may allow for easing of the restrictions a little earlier...

We will continue to monitor the health and travel advice by the Australian Government and make necessary contact with future guests should your charter be affected in any way due to any travel restrictions.

Staying Safe on your Bareboating Holiday


The health and well being of our customers and staff are paramount. Our COVID-19 measures have been designed with recommendations outlined by the QLD Health Department and Safe Work Australia. It reduces contact with our staff , provides piece of mind, while ensuring you have all you need for an enjoyable Charter.

Our Office:
Disinfected at the end of every working day.
Regular disinfecting of office surfaces throughout the day.
Cash transaction machines disinfected after each guest.
Contact less payment is preferred.
Contact with our staff will be kept to a minimum, check in will be conducted over the phone and briefing in the open whenever possible.

Our Awesome Crew:
Observe social distancing guidelines (1.5m apart)
Regular hand washing and disinfection
May wear masks and gloves when in contact with guests.
Are sent home should the feel unwell in any way.

Vessel cleaning process:
All vessels are prepared 24 hours prior to your departure.
Disinfecting of all inside surfaces and equipment with disinfectant and sanitizer.
Linen is prepared by our professional laundry service, items are folded by machine and simply left on board for you to prepare the bedding.
Vessels are cleaned to a very high standard and sanitized as the a final cleaning process.
Finally, we disinfect the boat exterior and lockers including cushions with air drying sanitizer.

Brief and Debrief processes:
Only one guest/skipper will be allowed in the office (procedures will be conducted outside wherever possible) – the rest of the crew need to observe social distancing guidelines
Guests may be required to wear masks and gloves.
Guests will be asked to sanitize their hands before entry or exit at the jetty.  
At time of Briefing only one [person can take part in the technical briefing with one of our base team (wearing a face mask and gloves), observing social distancing guidelines. The rest of the crew are required to observe social distancing guidelines.
For Debrief, only the skipper is allowed to be on the Fuel Dock – the rest of the crew need to observe social distancing guidelines.
