New Years Eve in Airlie Beach
With the vibrant atmosphere Airlie Beach offers on any given day with the many bars, restaurants and nightclubs that line the main street, it kicks up a notch over new years. Many venues have live bands throughout the day and in to the early hours of new years day. The main draw card are the fireworks on the foreshore usually held at 7:30pm (for kids and adults who can't make it til midlight) and then a larger fireworks display at midnight.

When you book a berth at
Hamilton Islandfor your bareboat, you are free to use the resort facilities, including the 65 free activities on and around the island. Head down to the Outrigger lawn from 6pm for live entertainment, kids fun zone and family friendly fireworks over the beach from 8:30pm. Front Street will also come alive with music by 'The Martini Club' from 10pm onwards and more fireworks at midnight.
